So I decided not to follow instructions completely so I just let some air in now and then and pour little tap water in so it sits 2-3 cm on the bottom of the bag that I keep in the box. After 10 days I have beautiful 30-40 pins and a lot more is forming. Very happy with how easy this was till this point
