Kit di Substrato Sterile: Perfetto per Coltivare Funghi Allucinogeni a Casa
Questo substrato sterile contiene una miscela di avena integrale, vermiculite, perlite e gesso. Ha un contenuto di umidità del 60–65% ed è l’ambiente perfetto per i funghi Psilocybe cubensis. Per usarlo, avrai bisogno di una siringa di spore o, ancora meglio, di una coltura liquida contenente il micelio che preferisci. Andranno bene entrambe, ma una coltura liquida è più veloce ed ha maggiori possibilità di successo!
In questo kit trovi:
- Una scatola che contiene un substrato sterilizzato
- Un sacchetto per coltivazione di funghi/camera di fruttificazione
- Una graffetta (per il sacchetto)
- Salviette disinfettanti
- Porta di inoculo
I nostri kit per coltivare funghi allucinogeni sono semplici da usare. Ecco come procedere:
1. Inocula il substrato con una coltura liquida, una siringa di spore o una fiala.
1.a. Se usi una fiala di spore e un kit da 1200ml, inietta nel substrato almeno metà del contenuto della fiala. Se usi un kit da 2100ml, ti serve un’intera fiala per ottenere un’inoculazione rapida ed efficace.
1.b. Se usi una delle tante siringhe di spore disponibili nel nostro Funghishop, ti bastano 5ml per inoculare un kit di substrato da 1200ml e 10ml per inoculare un kit da 2100ml.
1.c. Se usi una coltura liquida pronta all’uso di Acid Shroomz, è sufficiente una quantità tra 2 e 5ml di coltura per ogni litro di substrato.
1.d. Se stai creando la tua coltura liquida usando una fiala di coltura liquida Mondo, inietta 2ml di spore nella fiala ed attendi almeno 2 settimane affinché le spore si trasformino in una coltura liquida (ovvero, nel micelio attivo). Successivamente, inietta l’intera fiala nel substrato (sia che tu stia usando il kit da 1200ml o quello da 2100ml).
2. Copri il substrato con un coperchio e sistemalo in un luogo caldo e buio. Il micelio non ha bisogno di luce per crescere. Per ottenere i migliori risultati, mantieni la temperatura dell’ambiente attorno al tuo kit a 23°C. Puoi ottenere questo risultato posizionando un tappetino riscaldante sotto il tuo kit o inserendolo in un piccolo armadio o un grow box con un riscaldatore elettrico. Ricordati di usare un termometro per tenere sotto controllo la temperatura del tuo spazio di coltivazione.
3. Non toccare il contenitore mentre il micelio si sta sviluppando. Questo può richiedere diverse settimane, a seconda che tu abbia usato una soluzione di spore oppure una coltura liquida, ed anche in base alla stabilità della temperatura nel tuo spazio di coltivazione. Saprai che il tuo substrato di coltura è completamente colonizzato quando sarà completamente ricoperto da una sostanza bianca simile alla lana.
4. Quando il contenitore sarà completamente colonizzato, potrai far fruttificare il tuo kit. Per farlo, apri il contenitore e riempilo di acqua fredda. Rimetti il coperchio e lascialo in frigorifero per 24 ore.
5. Scola l’acqua e metti il contenitore in un grow box umido. Nebulizza regolarmente acqua sulle pareti e mantieni la temperatura ambiente a 23–28°C per ottenere risultati ottimali. Fornisci ai tuoi funghi un po’ di luce naturale per aiutarli ad orientarsi e fare in modo che crescano nella direzione giusta.
6. Apri il grow box due volte al giorno per consentire un po’ di ricambio d’aria e nebulizza acqua sulle pareti per mantenere alta l’umidità. Lascia che i tuoi funghi crescano e raccogli quando sono maturi (prima che il velo sulla parte inferiore del cappello si strappi per rilasciare le spore).
7. Dopo il primo raccolto, ripeti i passaggi 5 e 6 finché il substrato non produrrà più funghi. Ricorda che il secondo e il terzo getto sono solitamente i più produttivi.

This is unfortunate
After buying several products from zamnesia. Unfortunately the 2100ml substrate has let me down. Have purchased over 10 and out of those 10 2100ml substrate. I only have 3 that have started to colignise . Although I've had replacement for the ones that are unsealed yet had mould formed , and zamnesia where quick to replace but upon arrival of replacement 1 of 3 already had mould. Upon me inoculating them ( in highly steriliezed environment ) 7 of 10 have got mould . I still have 3 that are slowly colignising which in my opinion including replacements it's not good . Time and culture wasted . Which is total of over £160 so not impressed. So after all is said I will not buy this product again and I will stick to making my own substrate , but will continue to buy cultures and spores from here to carry on my cross strains development and seeing the growth studies. If I could give 5 stars for customer service. And a separate rating for substrate aka 1 I would. But unfortunately not option to rate site, customer service and products separately

Habe insgesammt 4 solcher Kits bestellt und bis jetzt sind 3 mit Grünem Schimmel kontaminiert, nicht mal 2 Wochen nach der infizierung.
Ich habe extra sehr steriel gearbeitet und auf Sauberkeit geachtet, deswegen liegt das Problem definitiv bei Zamnesia, auch weil es bei fast jeder Bestellung aus dem Shroomshop Probleme gibt.
Hatte jetzt auch bei 2 Zuchtsets Grünen Schimmel, im letzten Jahr hatte ich nicht einmal Probleme damit.
Wenn Ihr so weiter macht, verliert Ihr mich als Kunden.
Kriegt die Qualitätssicherung auf die Kette, sonst wird das nichts.

Recived 2 of these kits both of them were extremely dry to the point it's unlikely any mycelium would even spread fed up ordering now almost everything has either come contaminated or there's been a problem

Vorbereitete sterile Anzuchtsets, wie erwartet.

Hab Flüssigspritzen gehabt ,alles steril gehalten trotzdem 2 von 3 kontaminiert gewesen .
Hab mal woanders Substrat bestellt was auch 30 Euro +Versand kostete pro 1200ml,aber war wesentlich besser .
Too dry, bad customer service when contacting Zamnesia
I purchased this substrate kit, immediately noticed it looked too dry before innoculating. I used a liquid culture also bought from Zamnesia. Followed all the sanitisation procedures and used only .75ml of liquid culture for the box.
There has been no colonisation and it has been kept at ideal temperatures for almost 20 days. I know the liquid culture I purchased is okay as I have used it on several other spawn bags with no issue.
After sending an email to Zamnesia support team, they sent me a response clearly not having read my email properly the first time, thinking I was complaining about the liquid culture. I sent another email, but all I had in response was that they closed the inquiry.
I have also ordered two Zamnesia own brand grow kits which turned up not fully colonised. One box was only 70% and the rest still uncolonised substrate. I emailed about this also, and again got a response which was vlear that hadn't read my complaint properly so again I had to clarify, and I have not heard anything back.
I'm assuming they will probably close this inquiry also, after I feel I've wasted almost £80 in total with them.
It seems the Zamnesia own branded kits are pretty bad, since all 3 I've had have failed, or not been prepared properly before they took my money and sent the unfinished product to me.
The copelania hawaiian kit I ordered was incredible and worked within days; don't buy the Zamnesia generics.
